NC DOT plans to widen US 74 from I-277 to West Idlewid Rd. There are 79 parcels impacted and the Right of Way budget is $10.5 million. Right of Way plans are to be complete sometime in 2026, but budget for acquisition has been delayed until FY2030. Download the project map.
