The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) plans to widen NC 127 – SR 1132 (Huffman Farm Road) to SR 1008 (Zion Church Road).
There are 154 parcels affected, and the DOT has budgeted $23.9 million. As of now, right of way acquisition is anticipated to begin in 2025.
