The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) plans to make upgrades to Dabney Drive from Coble Boulevard to US 158 Business. There are 187 parcels affected, and the DOT has budgeted $41.3 M. Right of way acquistion is schedule to begin in summer 2025 and the let date is summer 2027.
