Project Overview
NCDOT proposed an intersection improvement from Lynn Road in Durham to west of Alexander Drive in Raleigh. There will be an upgrade to a controlled-access facility and convert at-grade intersection with SR 1811/ SR 1959 to interchange. Break B of this project will cost $73,200,000. Right-of-way acquisition will begin in 2024 and construction will begin in 2027.
